Plan access for maintenance

A charging interval cannot be assumed from another home: size, battery, motor and frequency of use affect it. If access is difficult, discuss the alternatives early.
Keep connected compatibility specific
Voice control and apps depend on the system, not simply on the word motorized. Confirm the motor model, controller, supported platform and any additional hardware or setup. Ask which functions work without a network and what happens when power or connectivity is interrupted.
